Apply below if you live in an embedded network - Embedded networks supply energy in shared spaces like apartments, caravan parks, and retirement villages. Your energy bill comes from the owner, manager, or operator. If you’re unsure, contact the provider on your energy bill.

Confirm you have:

your address is part of an embedded network

your Services Australia Customer Reference Number (CRN)

a copy of your latest electricity bill (JPG or PDF file)

you received the Family Tax Benefit in the 2024-25 financial year (Lodged your tax return with ATO and finalised your entitlement with Centrelink).
